We focus on strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, balance and core work It also is a great way to increase moral and challenge yourself in a group setting.

Each session is 45 minutes and includes strength training, flexibility and core strength. Sessions are designed to challenge you and help you reach you fitness goals through consistent training using proper form and personalized instruction. Tools that you will need are light, moderate to heavy dumbbells, mat, stability ball (optional) xer-tubing (optional) and a resistance band. Get the serious results that you desire either with other women or privately. You will feel fit n fab for sure!
HEALTH COACHING
GETTING YOUR MIND-SET IN SHAPE IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS GETTING YOUR BODY IN SHAPE. Working with a health coach is becoming more popular than ever to help you reach your health, fitness and nutritional goals. As a certified health coach I offer this service because having a health coach helps you to take a deeper look into your behavior & also why you may not be getting the results you desire. I help “YOU” make behavior changes, on a physical and nutritional level by giving you skills and tools to empower you to change and start to lead a healthier lifestyle. These sessions are done either in person, phone or in my Zoom room.
