Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients:

1️⃣ One cup of cottage cheese (Low fat, I use Daisy Cottage cheese).

2️⃣ One egg.

3️⃣ 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite seasoning some that I enjoy: ( everything, but the bagel, Italian seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder).

Fillings that are yummy:

✅ Lettuce.

✅ Arugula.

✅ Spinach/Spring mix

✅ Turkey slices, salami, tuna, canned chicken, black beans, garbanzo beans. 

✅ Gerard roasted red pepper.

✅ Pepperoncini 

✅ Avocado.

✅ Chopped basil.

✅ Tomatoes 

✅ Cucumbers.

✅ Onion.

Directions: 

1️⃣ Add the cottage cheese, egg, and seasonings to a food processor or blender.

2️⃣ Line A small sheet pan, with parchment paper add cooking spray.

3️⃣ Pour all the batter onto the greased parchment paper, spreading it as thin as you can without being able to see through the parchment paper.

4️⃣ Preheat the oven on 350 Fahrenheit for 25 to 35 minutes, time for baking will vary, the top should be browned and slightly soft to touch.

5️⃣ Let Cool five minutes, and fill with your favorite fillings.
